Jake is a highly driven professional with a proven experience in the delivery of high profile, prestigious projects, from Tender to PC, in the Data Centre & Commercial Sector; Shell & Core and Fit-Outs.
Jake began his career with an Electrotechnical apprenticeship before pursuing the academic, technical & professional development to progress into project leadership positions. Since January 2023 Jake has been in his current role of Project Leader – Data Centre’s Laing O’Rourke / Crown House Technologies.
Jake’s role covers all aspects of overall contract delivery from Stakeholder Reporting, Commercial Management, Project Programming, Health & Safety, Technical Approval, Procurement and Management of the project team, both in a General / Main Contractor & Sub-Contractor capacity.
