Oliwer directs the commercial and technical delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects across Europe, with a focus on hyperscale data centres and semiconductor mega-factories. He specialises in managing the critical interface between civil structures and advanced technology, including CSA-MEP integration, commissioning, and environmental readiness for high-spec manufacturing environments.
He combines deep site execution expertise with strong commercial leadership, protecting multi-million euro CapEx through robust contract strategy, claims management, and high-stakes negotiation. Oliwer works across international frameworks and compliance standards, aligning multidisciplinary and multinational teams while providing KPI-driven reporting to executive stakeholders.
He is also active in the engineering community, regularly sharing insights on mega-project delivery, commercial strategy, and the evolving demands of high-tech construction.
