Vincent is a seasoned consultant with over 40 years of experience in complex and iconic construction and engineering projects. He is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a mechanical and electrical engineering and quantum matters specialist. He is the author of the Wiley publication Data Centre Essentials: Design, Construction, and Operation of Data Centres for the Non-expert, currently the best-selling book on the subject.With a focus on complex mechanical and electrical quantum issues, Vincent has served as an expert witness in technical and quantum disputes, providing insights into operational costs and revenue losses related to energy consumption and generation. He is skilled in combining engineering expertise with quantity surveying knowledge.As a Fellow of the RICS since 2014, an incorporated member of the Institute of Engineers, and a Fellow of the CIARB, Vincent is well-regarded for his expertise in professional negligence, high court litigation, and international arbitration. Counsel has cross-examined him in arbitration as a testifying expert.
